Membership and Terms of Use Agreement
This Membership and Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of the Z10 Market Digital LTD Company platform ("Platform", "Service", "Website", "Site") by all users, including visitors, registered members, administrators, moderators, middlemen, sellers, buyers, technical staff, third parties, payment providers, API users, premium members, group managers, and any other parties interacting with the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to this Agreement, applicable laws, and related policies (including Privacy Policy, Rules & Guidelines, and legal notices).
- If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
- We may update these Terms at any time; updates become effective when published unless stated otherwise.
2. Definitions
- User: Any person or entity accessing the Platform.
- Member: A registered user account.
- Visitor: An unregistered user.
- Admin/Moderator/Staff: Authorized personnel managing operations and content.
- Middleman/Escrow: Facilitation service for user-to-user transactions.
- Content: Any data, text, software, media, tools, links, posts, messages, or materials available on the Platform.
3. Account Registration and Membership
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- Users are responsible for account security and all activities under their credentials.
- Accounts are non-transferable unless expressly allowed in writing by Platform administration.
- Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for violations, abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.
4. User Responsibilities
- Users must comply with applicable law, Platform rules, and community standards.
- Users are solely responsible for their actions and posted or transmitted Content.
- No fraud, abuse, harassment, deception, impersonation, or illegal activity is permitted.
- Users must respect privacy, intellectual property, and rights of others.
5. Platform Features and Services
- Features may include forums, messaging, notifications, groups, awards, subscriptions, middleman services, disputes, and payment integrations.
- APIs and third-party integrations may be subject to separate terms.
- Features can be modified, limited, or removed at any time for security, legal, or operational reasons.
6. Security and Privacy
- We use industry-standard safeguards (e.g., access controls, logging, rate limits, and security monitoring).
- Users must not bypass security controls or access unauthorized systems or data.
- Personal data is processed per applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and Transactions
- Payments may be processed through integrated third-party providers.
- Fees, commissions, and refund conditions are disclosed in applicable flows/policies.

8. Content and Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of their Content, but grant the Platform a license to host, display, process, and distribute it for operation, moderation, and legal compliance.
- Do not post copyrighted or trademarked content without authorization.
- The Platform may remove content upon legal notice, policy breach, or risk concerns.
9. Moderation and Community Standards
- Admins/moderators may remove or edit content and apply account actions.
- Prohibited behavior includes hate speech, harassment, scam/fraud activity, and illegal conduct.
- Users may submit reports and appeals through designated channels.
10. Notifications and Communication
- Platform notices may be sent via email, in-app alerts, SMS, or other available channels.
- Users can manage preferences where supported; essential legal/security notices may remain mandatory.
- Official communications are deemed delivered when sent to registered channels.
11. Technical Support, Maintenance, and Updates
- Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis.
- The Platform may undergo maintenance, updates, or emergency changes without prior notice.
- We aim to minimize downtime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
12. Data Protection and Privacy
- Users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and export data under applicable law.
- Certain data may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, and security requirements.

13. International Compliance

- Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform and affiliates from claims arising from their violations, misuse, or unlawful conduct.
15. Account Suspension, Termination, and Appeals
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, legal requests, security risk, or abuse.
- Users may appeal through designated processes.
- Relevant records may be retained when required for legal/compliance/security reasons.
16. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delay/failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, outages, or government actions.
17. Changes to the Agreement
- We may amend this Agreement at any time.
- Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

21. Extended Acceptance of Terms
"Operator" includes Z10 Market Digital LTD Company, its owner(s), officers, employees, principals, agents, licensors, licensees, assigns, and successors. By using the Site, you accept these Terms and all incorporated policies and notices.
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
22. Content Responsibility and Risk
- All Content is the responsibility of the originating person/entity.
- The Operator may pre-screen, flag, filter, refuse, modify, or remove Content, without obligation.
- You may encounter offensive/inaccurate Content; use is at your own risk.
- You must evaluate Content and assume associated risks.
- Forum-specific rules in announcements are binding.
23. Prohibited Content and Activities
- No unlawful/fraudulent/deceptive activity, including stolen/hacked goods or account abuse.
- No hacking, malware, payment fraud, credential theft, or deceptive classified postings.
- No bypassing bans or moderation controls.
- The Operator may remove violating content and take enforcement action.
24. Third-Party Content, Sites, and Services
- The Platform may include ads/promotions; format/placement may change without notice.
- The Operator does not endorse third-party websites, products, or services.
- Third-party use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms/policies.
- The Operator is not liable for losses from dealings with advertisers or external services.
25. Law Enforcement Requests
- The Operator responds to valid legal requests under applicable legal frameworks.
- International requests may require formal legal channels where applicable (e.g., MLAT or equivalent).
- Requests should be in English and from verifiable official authority channels.
- Non-compliant requests may be rejected or left without action.
- Responses are provided on a best-effort basis; completeness cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
26. Escrow / Middleman Services
- Middleman services facilitate user-to-user transactions but do not transfer ownership responsibility to the Operator.
- The Operator is not responsible for recalls, reversals, chargebacks, hacks, or post-transaction recovery failures beyond legal obligations.
- Users remain responsible for legality, authenticity, and ownership of traded assets/items/accounts.
27. User Privacy, Age, and Data Acknowledgements
- You agree to the Privacy Policy and Rules & Guidelines.
- You confirm legal minimum age compliance in your jurisdiction.
- You will not list/sell stolen or hacked items/accounts.
- You will not publish personally identifiable information of yourself or others unlawfully.
- You consent that staff/admin may access necessary moderation/security metadata (including relevant IP/account logs) as reasonably required.
- You acknowledge backup retention and secure infrastructure migration for business continuity.
- You acknowledge certain providers (e.g., security, infrastructure, email) may process limited data to provide service functionality.
- You acknowledge data retention may extend up to 7 years when required for legal/compliance/security/dispute reasons.
28. Final Notice
We encourage privacy-conscious participation and discourage sharing real-world identity details publicly.
IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND OR AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
By using the Site, you confirm you have read and accepted this Agreement.
